Roman Kyral joined our firm in 2007, while he was still studying at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. His speciality is providing legal advice to senior local government officials. He is an expert on liability of members of local assemblies and the management of companies controlled by municipalities and regions. . In 2019, Roman became a non-equity partner of our firm, having previously headed a legal team here. Since 2020, he has also been the director of the insolvency practitioners Administrace insolvencí City Tower. Roman provides legal advice and services to clients in areas relating to public procurement, tax law and real estate. He also has a strong focus on corporate law.
