Jakub Hollmann was formerly our firm’s director. As a partner and lawyer, he specialises in wealth management and criminal and international law. He also handles trust funds and trusts, advising not only on how to choose and form them, but also on their management and general administration. In this work, he draws on his knowledge of the international landscape, where this concept has been in place for decades. . In fact, this was the subject of Jakub’s doctoral (JUDr and PhD) dissertations at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Alongside law, Jakub holds a degree in international relations. He is regularly published in journals, where he analyses notable legislative developments. In his practice he also focuses on compliance processes and internal relations within business corporations. Jakub runs the Legal Outlook workshop at the Jan Palach Grammar School in Prague.
